We are now looking for a new assistant to join our fantastic team supporting our client in Svenljunga. We are looking for someone who wants to work a few fixed shifts per month with the possibility of picking up extra shifts. Are you a retiree or a student?

Our client is a 31-year-old young woman who lives in her own apartment. She has an acquired brain injury and requires significant support in her daily life. She is cheerful, positive, and loves life. She enjoys finding activities to do both indoors and outdoors.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being active and is generous with their time, but it is also important that you can create a sense of calm for the client. You need to be flexible and have good collaboration skills. The work involves simple personal assistance. Working hours are 08:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00 with a waking night shift.

Apart from the above, it is primarily important that you have good self-awareness, are confident in yourself, are receptive, take responsibility, and collaborate well with everyone you meet. You are flexible, open-minded, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You utilize your analytical skills, take well-considered initiatives, and strive to improve the quality of life for our client.

• During the summer months, this may involve excursions, and the work takes place wherever she is.
• Information and training regarding acquired brain injury are provided through Hjärnfamiljen.
